钨掺杂量对剪羊毛机刀片表面非晶碳基薄膜性能的影响

摘  要:为了解决国产电动羊毛剪刀的刀片基体寿命不足及其表面制备DLC薄膜质量可靠性差等问题,采用非平衡磁控溅射技术在剪羊毛机刀片常用材料GCr15轴承钢表面制备不同钨含量的非晶碳基薄膜。采用纳米压痕仪、划痕仪、摩擦磨损试验机和三维形貌仪对不同钨含量的非晶碳基薄膜的硬度、弹性模量、膜基结合力和摩擦磨损性能进行表征。结果表明,当薄膜中钨含量为9.4%~23.56%时,薄膜的硬度、弹性模量、平均摩擦因数和磨损量都增大。4种钨含量碳基薄膜的膜基结合力都>60N,其中钨含量为21.06%的碳基薄膜的膜基结合力最高,达到74.5N。在整个摩擦过程中,钨含量为12.63%薄膜的摩擦因数最稳定。当钨含量为21.06%和23.56%时,薄膜磨痕形貌呈现典型的磨粒不均匀研磨的形貌特点。In order to solve the problem of the insufficient life of the blade substrate of domestic electric wool scissors and the poor quality of DLC film,the amorphous carbon-based thin films with different tungsten contents are prepared on the surface of GCr15 bearing steel by using unbalanced magnetron sputtering technique.The hardness,elastic modulus,membrane bonding strength and friction and wear properties of amorphous carbon-based films with different tungsten contents are characterized by nanoindentation,scratches,friction and wear tester and three-dimensional topography.The results show that the hardness,elastic modulus,average friction coefficient and wear amount of the films increase with the growing tungsten content from 9.4%to 23.56%.The membrane bonding strength of the four kinds of tungsten-containing carbon-based films are over 60 N,and the carbon-based film with tungsten content of 21.06% has the highest membrane bonding strength of 74.5 N.In the whole friction process,the friction coefficient of the film is the most stable when the tungsten content is 12.63%.In contrast,when the tungsten content is 21.06% and 23.56%,the wear scar morphology is characterized by typical abrasive grains uneven appearance of the characteristics of grinding.
