摘  要:针对柴油机在试验中,中冷温控系统对增压空气温度控制不够精确而且温度调整速度慢的问题进行了详细的检查分析。原有的中冷温控系统冷却水循环系统结构原理较简单,无法满足柴油机中冷后进气温度的需求,因此对试验室中冷温控系统进行了改进。试验和监测数据表明,改进后,试验室中冷温控系统得到了极大的改善,满足了柴油机中冷后进气温度的需求,实现了快速响应和精确控制的目的。For the diesel engine in the experiment,the intercooling temperature control system of pressurized air temperature control is not accurate enough and the speed of temperature adjusting is slow,so a detailed examination of the principle analysis is conducted.The original intercooling temperature control system of cooling water circulation system has the advantages of simple structure,not meeting the demand of the diesel engine in intercooling air temperature.Therefore,the intercooling temperature control system in laboratory is improved.Test and monitoring data show that the improved test chamber cooling temperature control system is greatly improved,meeting the demand of the diesel engine intercooling air temperature and realizing quick response and accurate control.
