摘　　要：材料消耗工艺定额指导企业有计划、按比例制定生产计划,合理进行物料分配,为物资采购、仓储供应、财务核算和成本管理提供数据依据,保障生产顺利进行,是企业生产管理中一项至关重要的指标。通过采用理论和案例相结合的方法,详细解析了在制定冲压件主要原材料消耗工艺定额时技术分析法的具体应用和工艺定额验证方法,并对影响工艺定额准确性的因素进行归纳总结分析。对提高企业经营管理水平和管理效率具有非常重要的指导意义。Material consumption process quota guides the enterprise to formulate program of production in a planned and proportional way and distribute the material reasonably.It provides data basis for supplies purchasing,storage supply,financial accounting and cost control to ensure the successful production.It is one of the most important indicators in the management of enterprise production.In this paper,the concrete application of technical analysis method and the verification method of technological norm are analyzed in detail when the main material consumption process quota of stamping parts is formulated in theoretical and case combination of methods.In addition,the factors that affect the accuracy of technological norm are also summarized and analyzed.The paper is of great significance to improve the management level and management efficiency of enterprise.
