高血压脑出血伴脑疝应用微创穿刺引流、开颅血肿清除术治疗对疗效和预后影响观察

摘　　要：目的探究高血压脑出血(HCH)伴脑疝运用微创穿刺引流及开颅血肿清除术治疗的疗效及预后情况。方法选取106例HCH伴脑疝患者资料进行分析,将行常规开颅血肿清除术者作为对照组(53例),于此基础上联合微创穿刺引流治疗者作为研究组(53例),比较两组临床疗效、预后情况、生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率86.79%与对照组相比显著高(P<0.05);研究组轻度残疾率43.39%高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组躯体疼痛(54.58±6.82)分、生理功能(53.03±5.47)分等均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 HCH并脑疝患者经微创穿刺引流术与开颅血肿清除术联合治疗后可有效提升治疗效果,改善患者预后,可推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect and prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （HCH） with cerebral hernia treated with minimally invasive puncture and craniotomy. Methods 106 cases were treated with HCH hernia patients were analyzed from Mach 2016 to Mach 2017, the routine hematoma evacuation as a control group （53 cases）, minimally invasive puncture and drainage on this basis The treatment group as the study group （53 cases）, the clinical efficacy, prognosis, quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.79%, which was statistically significant compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. The mild disability rate of the group was 43.39% higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. The physical pain of the group （54.58±6.82） and physiological function （53.03±5.47） were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of HCH with cerebral hernia through minimally invasive puncture drainage and craaaiotomy cam effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of patients.
