术后早期化疗对Ⅲ期结直肠癌患者临床预后的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究术后早期化疗对Ⅲ期结直肠癌患者临床预后的影响。方法选取70例Ⅲ期结直肠癌患者,分组原则以抽签法为主,分研究组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组术后予以晚期化疗,研究组术后予以早期化疗。比较生存率、复发率、生活质量、不良反应发生率、免疫功能。结果与对照组生存率比较,研究组较高;与对照组复发率比较,研究组较低;与对照组生活质量比较,研究组较高;与对照组不良反应发生率比较,研究组较高;与对照组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比较,研究组较高;与对照组CD8比较,研究组较低,优势突出(P<0.05)。结论术后早期化疗可有效提高Ⅲ期结直肠癌患者的生存率,降低复发率,改善免疫功能与生活质量,效果确切,值得借鉴。Objective To study the effect of early postoperative chemotherapy on the clinical prognosis of patients with stage Ⅲ colorectal can- cer. Methods Seventy patients with stage Ⅲ colorectal cancer were enrolled in this study. The principle of grouping was mainly drawn by lottery. The study group （n=35） and the control group （n=35）. The control group was treated with advanced chemotherapy, and the study group was treated with early chemotherapy. Survival rate, relapse rate, quality of life, incidence of adverse reactions, immune function were compared. Results Com- pared with the control group, the study group was higher; the recurrence rate was lower in the control group than in the control group; the quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group; and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that in the control group; Compared with the control group CD3, CD4, CD4 / CD8, the study group is higher; compared with the control group CD8, the study group is lower, the advantage is prominent （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Early postoperative chemotherapy can effectively improve the survival rate of patients with stage Ⅲ colorectal cancer, reduce the recurrence rate, improve immune function and quality of life, the effect is exact and worth learning.
