锯齿线皮下埋置递进式提升矫正中、下面部皮肤松弛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨锯齿线皮下埋置递进式提升术矫正中、下面部松弛的临床效果。方法:应用锯齿线将下面部松弛下垂组织自下而上向上提拉并固定于悬吊点处,再应用锯齿线将悬吊点处雍堆组织再次向上提拉至固定点处,最终达到提升松弛下垂组织的目的。结果:本组就医者共50例,术后回访时长平均约13.5个月,所有面部松弛下垂就医者的情况均得到明显改善,无血肿、神经损伤等严重并发症发生。结论:应用微创法将下面部松弛下垂组织固定于悬吊点,再应用锯齿线将悬吊点组织递进式提拉,可以明显改善面部松垂情况,达到面部组织提升目的。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the double-step facial lifting with the zigzag suture to correct the lower and middle facial relaxation. Methods The lower part of the sagging tissue was fxed at the suspension point by the zigzag suture, and then lifted the tissue at the suspension point to the fxation point. The aim of lifting sagging tissue is achieved. Results 50 patients were followed up for 13.5 months after surgery. All the cases of facial drooping and drooping patients were obviously improved, and no hematoma, nerve injury and other serious complications occurred. Conclusion The double-step lifting method can effectively improve the relaxation of the facial skin, and can achieve the purpose of facial rejuvenation.
