摘　　要：目的:观察改良切口的眼睑分裂痣切除联合局部滑行肌皮瓣对中小范围眼睑分裂痣的治疗效果。方法:收集2016年12月-2017年11月中小范围眼睑分裂痣患者,根据具体病变情况,设计改良切口的分裂痣切除,并用局部滑行肌皮瓣行一期修复,对术后效果进行观察,评估其疗效。结果:本组共20例患者,术后效果优者达95.00%(19例),良5.00%(1例),在保证眼睑功能正常的基础上均能达到满意的修复效果。结论:在保证泪道及眼睑功能正常的基础上,以改良手术切口方案部分切除色素病灶,应用周边肌皮瓣一期修复缺损区治疗,对中小范围分裂痣患者可以达到满意的功能重建及美容改善需求。Objective To explore the postoperative outcome of the modifed surgery for divided nevus of the eyelids. Methods Patients who suffered from divided nevus of eyelids were recruited to this study from December 2016 to November 2017. All lesions were small to medium-sized （less than 20cm in diameter）. The excision of lesions and repair of the defects were completed by one time in all patients. Results There were 20 cases in this group, 19 cases（95.00%） were excellent, one case（5.00%） was good. All patients achieved satisfactory repair effect on the basis of ensuring the normal eyelid function. Conclusion The one-step surgery approach combining the modifed excision of lesions and reconstruction with local sliding myocutaneou fap is a reasonable treatment strategy, which can achieve satisfactory cosmetic and functional results for small to medium-sized （less than 20cm in diameter） divided nevus of eyelid.
