Stallard法“Z”形皮瓣联合两种不同重睑术式矫正内眦赘皮疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究睑缘切口和传统切口两种重睑成形术同期行Stallard法"Z"形皮瓣修复内眦赘皮的临床效果。方法:选取2014年6月-2016年6月接受两种重睑成形术并同期行Stallard法"Z"形皮瓣矫正内眦赘皮就医者各50例,观察两组就医者术后恢复时间、重睑线自然程度、瘢痕遗留情况及内眦赘皮矫正效果。结果:睑缘切口重睑术操作较复杂,时间较长,手术创伤小,术后反应轻,肿胀消退快,切口瘢痕不明显。传统切口重睑术手术操作简单,手术时间短,但是术后早期肿胀严重,恢复时间较长,闭眼时可以看到重睑线瘢痕。两者分别联合Stallard法"Z"形皮瓣矫正内眦赘皮,行睑缘切口重睑术者满意率为95%,传统切口重睑术者满意率82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睑缘切口重睑成形术虽然操作复杂,手术时间长,但是术后肿胀轻,恢复时间短,瘢痕隐蔽。Stallard法"Z"形皮瓣联合两种重睑术均可矫正内眦赘皮,但睑缘切口重睑术效果更佳。Objective To study the clinical value of the double eyelid plasty combined with Stallard “Z” fap method in the treatment epicanthal fold. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016, 100 cases were performed double eyelid oplasty combined with Stallard“Z” faps in treatment epicanthal fold. 50 cases were conducted in the traditional double eyelid plasty, and the other approach was eyelid incision. The postoperative follow-up was performed for 6-12 months. The recovery time, natural degree, scar, and epicanthus correction were observed. Results Double eyelid plasty in eyelid incision was complicated, and cost longtime, but swollen was slight and scar was not obvious. Traditional double eyelid plasty was simple, but swelling was severe after surgery. And the recovery time was long.The scar was obvious when closed eyes. Stallard method “Z” fap combined with the traditional double eyelid plasty could correct epicanthus, but the satisfaction rate of the traditional incision was 82%,and the eyelid incision was 95%. Conclusion Double eyelid plasty in eyelid incision is complicated. However, postoperative swelling is slighter and recovery time is shorter than the traditional method. Stallard method “Z” fap combined either the traditional double eyelid surgery or in eyelid incision could correct epicanthus, however double eyelid plasty in eyelid incision are better.
