外用bFGF凝胶对CO_2点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨CO_2点阵激光联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕患者的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者科室2016年1月-2017年9月收治的面部痤疮瘢痕患者124例,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组。联合组:62例,采用CO_2点阵激光疗法联合bFGF凝胶治疗;对照组:62例,采用CO_2点阵激光治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效差异。结果:治疗前,两组患者的ECCA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后联合组的ECCA评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的瘢痕基底深度值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组治疗1个月后、3个月的瘢痕基底深度值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组的结痂时间、红斑持续时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CO_2点阵激光联合bFGF凝胶治疗面部痤疮瘢痕患者其疗效优于单用CO_2点阵激光治疗。Objective To explore the clinical effect of CO2 dot matrix laser therapy combined with recombinant bovine basic fbroblast growth factor （bFGF） gel in the treatment of facial acne scar patients. Methods 124 facial acne scar patients in our hospital were collected from January 2016 to September 2017, Using random number table method, 62 cases were divided into combined group and control group,the time of which 62 cases were treated with CO2 laser therapy combined with bFGF gel treatment （combined group）, 62 patients were treated with CO2 laser therapy （control group）, clinical differences were observed before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results ECCA score between the two groups was not statistically signifcant （P〉0.05） before treatment; the ECCA score 3 months after the combined treatment group after 1 months of treatment, were signifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; two groups of patients with basal scar depth value of the difference was not statistically signifcant （P〉0.05） before treatment; the combined group after 1 months of treatment, the treatment of scar base depth after 3 months were signifcantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）; combination group of incrustation and erythema duration were signifcantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; the clinical curative effect of combined treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of CO2 dot matrix laser therapy combined with bFGF gel in the treatment of facial acne scar patients is better than that of CO2 dot matrix laser therapy alone.
