火针治疗在损容性皮肤病中的应用

摘　　要：痤疮、白癜风是皮肤病中影响面部美观的主要疾病,常累及中青年患者。其治疗方法也是纷繁复杂,从中医到西医,自古至今,形成了各自治疗的体系。火针,又称焠针、燔针,早在《黄帝内经》中就有记载,是中医的传统治疗方法。近期,在痤疮和白癜风的治疗上均有报道,且疗效显著,现将火针在痤疮和白癜风治疗中的应用介绍如下。Acne and vitiligo are the main dermatosis diseases affecting the human beauty, mainly affecting facially in young and middle-aged patients. The treatment methods are complex, from traditional Chinese medicine to Western medicine, from ancient times to present, they have formed their own treatment system. Fire needle, also known as burnt needle, recorded as early as in the ＂Huang Di Nei Jing Su Wen＂, it is the traditional Chinese medicine treatment. It has been reported recently in the treatment of acne and vitiligo, the curative effect is remarkable. The application of fre needle in acne and vitiligo is introduced as follows.
