摘  要:三元复合驱采出水处理工艺技术一直是制约三元复合驱发展的瓶颈问题之一。针对三元复合驱采出水水质成分复杂、油水乳化严重、分离效果差、处理工艺复杂等一系列问题,大庆油田经过10年多的科研攻关,最终形成了较为实用的三元复合驱采出水处理工艺。研制了分离效果更高的序批式沉降分离设备,创新形成了"序批式沉降+两级双滤料过滤"处理工艺,筛选出过滤效率更高的海绿石滤料,并应用滤料气水联合反冲洗和滤料提温热洗技术以及污泥稠化(减量化)技术,配合水质稳定剂的投加,实现了对三元采出水的有效处理,并在大庆油田14座污水处理站中推广应用。ASP flooding produced water treatment technology is one of the problems restricts the develop-ment of ASP compound flooding system. In view of the characteristics of the ASP flooding produced water such as: complicated components, serious oil-water emulsification, poor separating effect, complex treatment process, and so on, a feasible ASP flooding produced water treatment technology was finally developed by Daqing oilfield through over 10 years of scientific research. Sequencing batch settling separation equipment with higher separa-tion efficiency was developed, technical progress of "sequencing batch settling-two stage double filter material filtration" was formed, and the glauconite filter material with higher filtration efficiency was selected. By applying filter material air -water combination backwashing technique, filter material warm washing technique, sludge re-duction technique, and dosing water quality stabilizer, ASP produced water could be effectively treated. The said technology was adopted by 14 sewage treatment stations of Daqing oilfield.
