摘　　要：橡胶膜型干式气柜具有运行平稳、安全可靠、使用寿命长等特点,近几年来,其应用范围也越来越广泛。该型气柜主要是依靠活塞的上下移动来改变柜体容积,调平装置对于活塞正常的运行起到了至关重要的作用。本文分析了目前橡胶膜型干式气柜的调平装置的结构特征,针对其不足之处,提出了改进措施。The dry gas container sealed with rubber membrane has such qualities that it moves smoothly and reliably and has a long useful life. The container changes the volume by moving the piston up and down. The adjusting balance equipment play an important role in the regular movement of the piston. The actual construction feature of the adjusting balance equipment is analyzed in this paper, and the improvement means are put forward for the shortage.
