摘 要:【目的】利用抗瘟水稻品种是防治稻瘟病最有效措施,了解稻瘟病菌遗传多样性是抗病品种合理布局的重要基础。【方法】本研究于2015年在湖南桃江病圃采集水稻品种"丽江新团黑谷"(LTH)稻瘟菌病样,用单孢分离法分离稻瘟病菌单孢并纯化获得92个单孢菌株,利用14对SSR引物对其进行遗传多样性分析。【结果】在0.19相似水平,92个供试菌株可被划分在同一遗传宗谱内;在0.70相似水平,92个菌株可被划分成26个遗传宗谱,优势宗谱XIX内含有17个菌株,占总菌株数的18.48%,宗谱Ⅳ、XVIII中分布包含10、9个菌株,分别占总菌株数的10.87%、9.78%;其他23个宗谱内各含1~5个菌株。【结论】综合表明,湖南桃江病圃的稻瘟病菌遗传差异较大,个别菌株亲缘关系较远,遗传结构比较复杂。【Objective】Utilization of resistant cultivars is the most effective method to control rice blast,and it is an important basis of rational distribution of resistant varieties to clarify the genetic diversity of Magnaporthe oryzae.【Method】The genetic diversity of 92 isolates of M.oryzae from the susceptibe variety Lijiangxintuanheigu(LTH) in rice blast nursery at Taojiang,Hunan in 2015,the genetic diversity of 92 isolates was analyzed by 14 pairs based on SSR primers.【Result】All of the 92 tested isolates were classified into the same genetic lineages at the 0.19 similar level; these isolates were classified into 26 genetic lineages at the 0.70 similar level,the dominant lineage XIX contains17 isolates,18.48 of the total number of isolates.There are 23 lineages within the genealogy contains the amount between 1 and 5 strains.【Conclusion】From the atlas of clustering analysis separation of taojiang in Hunan disease nursery of the 92 genetic differences of rice blast fungus,genetic structure is more complex,more distant genetic relationship of individual strains.
