摘 要:某抽水蓄能电站根据料源规划,该工程混凝土骨料为利用输水发电系统洞室开挖料。对输水发电系统地质条件及利用率分析,洞室开挖料为安山岩和砂岩两种岩性,安山岩可利用量为82.96万m^3,砂岩可利用量为23.83万m^3,单一岩性洞室开挖料源从数量上均不能满足混凝土骨料要求,需要加工两种岩性骨料。文中施工总布置,对砂石加工系统布置方案进行了集中布置和分设布置比较。决定采用在上、下水库分别设置一套砂石加工系统,上水库砂石料加工系统兼加工垫层料的布置方案。Based on the material source planning of some pumped storage power station, the excavation material of water conveyance and generation system cavern is taken as the concrete aggregate of the project. Through the analysis of geological condition and the utilization ratio of water conveyance and generation system, the excavation materials of caverns are andesite and sandstone, the available amount of andesite and sandstone is respectively 829,600 m^3 and 238,300 m^3. The excavation material source of single lithology cavern could not meet the requirement of concrete aggregate in quantity, and two kinds of lithology aggregates need to be processed. In the general construction layout, the centralized and partitioned layout plans of stone processing system are compared.This layout plan is decided to set up that the sand and stone processing systems are installed respectively in the upper and lower reservoir and the sand and stone processing system in upstream reservoir also provide the cushion material.
