摘  要:使用ANSYS对半球形薄壁零件形变数值模拟进行曲线拟合绘制,完成形变曲线图,得出形变规律。通过在不同温度下对半球形薄壁类零件形变进行有限元分析,可以为制定合理的测量方法及进行准确测量提供理论依据。The main content of research in this paper is that the deformation rule is obtained by completing the deformation of the hemispherical thin-walled part, as the curve fitting is drawn for deformation numerical with ANSYS. The finite element analysis of the deformation of the hemispherical thin-walled parts at different temperatures by using ANSYS can provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of reasonable measuring methods and precise measurement.
