摘  要:通过使用表面质量检测仪在线检测出610L热轧板表面有结疤缺陷,在开卷平台取样,用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析仪等技术手段对缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:此类结疤缺陷是由于连铸工艺出现异常,造成铸坯夹渣,在后续轧制过程中进一步恶化板面,使热轧板表面产生多处结疤缺陷。通过采取稳定连铸过程浇铸状态、提高钢水纯净度以改善浇铸条件及规范使用耐火材料和保护渣等一系列措施后,减少了此类生产事故的发生。In this paper, the surface scab of 610L hot-rolled strip was detected by surface quality detector online,samples are taken on the coiled platform, the causes of defects were analyzed by metallographic microscope, scanning elec?tron microscope and energy spectrum analyzer. The results show that: This kind of scab defect is caused by the abnormalcontinuous casting process, resulting in the casting billet slag, which further aggravates the plate surface in the subsequentrolling process, which causes the surface of hot-rolled strip to produce multiple scar defects. It can reduce the occurrence ofsuch production accidents by adopting a series of measures such as steadying casting process of continuous casting, maintai?ning the stability of the liquid level in the mould, increasing the purity of molten steel to improve the casting condition andregulating the use of refractory materials and slag.
