摘  要:资源和能源的短缺已经成为我国钢铁工业的制约因素,作为能耗大户的高炉成为钢铁工业节能降耗的重点。首钢京唐公司共有两座5 500 m^3的超大型高炉,从投产至今始终把降低能耗作为重点努力方向。首钢京唐公司以精料为基础,优化装料制度提高煤气利用率降低燃料消耗,通过工艺改进减少能源消耗以及以先进的技术为高炉顺稳创造条件,充分发挥大高炉能耗优势,实现低能耗高效生产。The shortage of resource and energy was a constraining factor in iron and steel industry. As a large energyconsumption industry, BF became the key point of energy conservation and consumption reduction. There were two5 500 m3large-scale BF. The reduction of energy conservation always was a key direction after blow-in BF. Based on quality material, series of measures were realized to reduce the energy consumption of blast furnace procedure, such as reducingfuel consumption by improving utilization rate of BF gas through optimizing charging system, reducing energy consumptionby using advanced technology and creating conditions for BF practice steady. At last, low energy consumption and high effi?ciency production were realized to give full play of large-scale BF.
