摘 要:开发了基于大废钢比冶炼的静态控制软件,该软件利用理论模型加统计模型进行设计编写,模型可以根据原料条件及冶炼钢种快速进行优化配料计算,同时根据热平衡优化废钢用量。模型增设焦粉、碳化硅球选项,用于转炉补热计算以适合大废钢冶炼的需求;模型利用氧步控制转炉的造渣过程,实现熔池平稳升温、降低喷溅事故、提高金属收得率等目的。同时,通过开发转炉合金化模块,可明显降低转炉合金成本。生产实践表明,模型在转炉大废钢比冶炼中运行稳定,废钢比可达到20%以上。Base on the theory of material balance and heat balance, the static control model of converter smelting isdeveloped by theoretic calculation combinating with statistical correction. The model can optimize burden calculation according to the raw material conditions and steel grades smelted. At the same time, the scrap steel amount can be optimized according to heat balance. Coke powder and silicon carbide ball options with model use to calculate additional heat for largescrap ration. Slag making process model used oxygen step control realizes steady temperature rise in molten bath and lesssplashing accident. The metal recovery rate improves obviously. At the same time, the alloy cost reduces obviously with thealloy module in converter. The production practice shows that the model in BOF scrap ratio in smelting operation is stableand scrap ratio can reach to more than 20%.
