摘　　要：剖析了烟草配送企业的物流服务不足之处,描述了精益物流管理体系原则:以客户为中心,流程最优以及物流信息现代化,建立了以精益质量管理体系,全员目标管理体系以及物流标准化作业体系为支撑的精益物流管理体系的组织架构,并对W市烟草配送中心的精益物流管理体系的应用进行研究。In this paper, we analyzed the shortages of logistics service in tobacco distribution enterprises, described the principles of lean logistics management system： customer-centered, process optimization and logistics information modernization, and then established the lean quality management system, full target management system and logistics standardization operation system as the support of lean logistics management system organizational structure, and studied the application of lean logistics management system in W city tobacco distribution center.
