摘  要:利用Adams/Car构建FSEC赛车前悬架系统的刚体动力学模型,对模型进行运动学仿真,得到车轮跳动时各项参数的变化规律,并分析得出赛车前悬架设计方面存在的缺陷。通过Adams/Insight扩展模块针对各类参数开展对应的灵敏度分析,得到最合理的性能组合。针对优化操作前后的模型开展对应的仿真对比,分析优化前后的性能差异,结果表明:优化后的整车操纵稳定性得到极大的的改善与提高。Suspension system is the most important part of the chassis,affecting the handling of FSEC stability. Using the Adams/Car to construct the rigid body dynamics model of the FSEC front suspension system,the kinematics simulation of the model is carried out,and the variation rules of the parameters of the wheel beating are obtained and the defects in the design of the front suspension are discussed. Through the Adams/Insight expansion module,we carry out the corresponding sensitivity analysis for the various parameters,and get the most reasonable combination of performance; For the optimization of the model before and after the corresponding simulation and comparative work,it analyzes the performance before and after optimization differences. The result shows vehicle handling stability has been greatly improved and improved.
