摘  要:针对汽车差速器齿轮冷挤压成形缺陷问题,应用有限元软件Deform-3D再现其挤压过程,通过观察金属的流动情况,分析了齿形缺陷产生的原因,提出了模具齿形型腔小端轴向分流挤压成形工艺。数值模拟结果显示:采用该冷挤压成形工艺可以避免齿顶"缺肉"的问题。研究了凸模球面直径、入模半角、分流口台阶厚度对齿轮成形的影响规律,获得了最优工艺参数。工艺试验结果证明:轴向分流挤压成形方案及优化后的工艺参数能有效降低成形力,节省材料,提高成形质量。For the forming defects problem of differential gear in automobile,the extrusion process was simulated by the finite element software Deform-3D. Through observing the flowing of metal,the reason causing the tooth defects were found and the extrusion forming process which the medal split from the little end of mold cavity were present. The numerical simulation results show that the problem of "missing metal"can be avoided in this process. Subsequently,the optimum process parameters were obtained through studying the influent of some factors,such as the spherical diameter of thepunch,the entrance half angle of the die,the thickness of the split step,on forming quality.Technology tests show that both the extrusion process of axial split and the optimum parameters can effectively reduce the forming force,save materials and improve the forming quality.
