摘 要:水资源作为一种清洁型、可再生型、低碳型能源,其开发利用在供水发电、灌溉养鱼、防洪排涝、保护环境等诸多方面均能发挥良好效益。而我国未开发的水能资源绝大多数存在于西部地区,因此对该地区进行水电开发一方面可以缓解因经济落后需要国家帮扶的力度,另一方面能产生一定的经济性效果。以金沙江上游七座梯级电站为例,对其在国民经济、受电区电价承受能力以及市场竞争力等方面的经济性进行分析评价,并得出相应的结论。Water,as a kind of clean,renewable,low carbon energy,can take advantage on the development and utilization of collectors in water power generation, irrigation, flood control,drainage,environmental protection and so on. Most undeveloped hydropower resources are exists in the western regions in our country,thus develop its area hydropower,on the one hand can alleviate countries support on the region due to the need of economic backward,and also can produce certain economy effect. In Jinsha river upstream seven cascade hydropower stations for example,we analyzeand evaluate its economic in the national economy,its electricity price bear ability and market competitiveness,and get corresponding conclusions.
