摘 要:主要研究微生态制剂和酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响.选杜洛克猪、长白猪和大白猪三元杂交的28日龄断奶仔猪72头,分4组,试验期间,日粮不添加任何抗生素和化学合成药物.Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ组添加0.50%的微生态制剂,Ⅲ组添加0.15%酸化剂,Ⅳ组添加0.50%的微生态制剂和0.15%酸化剂.结果表明,在断奶仔猪阶段添加微生态制剂、酸化剂、微生态制剂与酸化剂合用分别提高了断奶仔猪平均日增重8.1%(p<0.05)和5.0%(p<0.05)、14.2%(p<0.05);平均日采食量提高3.5%(p<0.05)、1.2%(p<0.05)、6.9%(p<0.05);料肉比分别降低4.1%,3.1%,6.7%;发病率分别降低57.2%、42.8%、100%;降低增重成本1.26%、1.88%、3.24%.This study mainly studied the effect of probiotics and acidifier on the growth performance of weaned piglets. We selected the seventy-two ternary hybrid of Duroc,Landrace and Large White and 28 days of age in weaned piglets. We divided them into four groups. In the experiment,no antibiotics and synthetic drugs were added to the diet. We took the group Ⅰ as the control group and selected group Ⅱ added 0.50% probiotics,group Ⅲ added 0.15% acidifier and group Ⅳ added 0.50% probiotics and 0.15% acidifier. The result indicated that the average daily gain increased 8.1%(P〈0.05),5.0%(P〈0.05)and 14.2%(P〈0.05)respectively,while the average daily intake was 3.5%(P〈0.05),1.2%(P〈0.05)and 6.9%(P〈0.05)respectively. The feed conversion of pig meat was decreased by 4.1%,3.1%,6.7% respectively,and the incidence rate was reduced 57.2%,42.8%,100% respectively.The cost of weight gain was reduced by 1.26%,1.88% and 3.24% respectively.
