摘 要:[目的]提高纳米材料对谷物安全风险的认知。[方法]研究6种不同纳米材料对小麦种子萌发的影响。[结果]纳米银在不同浓度暴露时对小麦种子的萌发多为抑制作用,颗粒状和片状的影响差别不明显;碳纳米管和石墨烯2类材料都呈现低浓度促进萌发,高浓度抑制萌发。[结论]不同纳米材料对小麦种子萌发影响不同,但不同尺寸的同种材质纳米材料对小麦种子萌发的影响无明显差别。[Objective] To improve the awareness of nanometer materials to wheat safety risk. [Method] A total of 6 nanometer materials were selected to research the effects of different nanometer materials on wheat seed germination. [Result]Nano-silver at different concentrations inhibited the germination of wheat seeds. There were no obvious differences in seed germination between the groups of nano-silver powder and silver nanoplates. Graphene and carbon nanotube all showed obvious positive effects on the seed germination at low concentrations,and a negative effects at high concentrations. [Conlcusion]Nanometer materials showed different effects on wheat seed germination,but nanometer materials at different sizes and materials had no significant differences on wheat seed germination.
