摘　　要：通过分析水利水电工程移民生产安置人口的内涵和现行的计算方法,阐述国家政策、居民收入多元性和土地资源日益紧缺等因素给现行农村移民生产安置人口确定带来的问题,探讨新形势下通过简化移民生产安置人口问题、及时发布配套行业标准、研究优化生产安置人口的计算等方法确定农村移民生产安置人口,并结合海南省迈湾水利枢纽工程,对移民生产安置人口确定进行实例分析。Through the analysis of census and the existing calculation methods of rural resident relocation related to the land acquisited by hydraulic and hydro-power engineering project and systematically discuss the simple resolution of the problems of rural resident relocation,caused by governmental policy,resident income diversity,land resource shortage,and promptly issue the supporting standard,study the optimal calculating method of the resident relocation. In adition,the article illustrates the Hainan Mai Bay hydropower complex,to analyze the resident relocation.
