摘　　要：目的探讨分析吗啡静脉镇痛泵进行癌痛治疗的护理安全管理措施,为吗啡静脉镇痛泵的临床应用提供依据。方法回顾分析使用吗啡静脉镇痛泵治疗的84例患者癌痛控制效果,以及对药品管理、参数计算、设置及调整、静脉通路选择及固定、不良反应、健康教育等环节进行安全管理的措施。结果 84例癌痛患者使用吗啡静脉镇痛泵治疗中CR47例,PR25例,MR12例,NR0例,CR+PR=85.71%,QOL值41分以上的比例明显升高,有效提高了吗啡静脉镇痛泵临床应用的安全性。结论做好护理安全管理,使用吗啡静脉镇痛泵进行癌痛患者疼痛治疗,可明显提高癌痛患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing safety management measures when using intravenous analgesia pump with morphine to treat cancer pain, and to provide reference for the clinical application of intravenous analgesia pump with morphine. Methods A total of 84 patients with cancer pain were enrolled in this study. We retrospectively analyzed treatment effect of intravenous analgesia pump with morphine and summary experience of drug management, parameter setting, selection and fixation of intravenous injection, coping with adverse events, and health education. Results Among 84 cases of with intravenous analgesia pump, we observed 47 cases of CR, 25 cases of PR, 12 cases of MR, and no case of NR. The proportion of CR and PR cases was 85.71%, and the proportion of QOL value above 41 points was improved significantly, which enhanced the safety of clinical application of intravenous analgesia pump with morphine. Conclusion With good nursing safety management, intravenous analgesia pump with morphine in cancer pain treatment can significantly improve the quality of patients life, which is worth promoting.
