摘　　要：目的:探讨桥接内固定系统治疗胫骨全段骨折的有效性。方法:对来我院治疗的52例胫骨全段骨折的患者进行微创切口桥接内固定系统治疗,然后定期随访复查X片观察骨折愈合及患肢的功能情况。结果:52例患者中50例获得满意疗效,骨折按期愈合,下肢功能良好;1例出现伤口感染,行清创皮瓣转移植皮术;1例出现骨折不愈合,行翻修手术。结论:桥接内固定系统治疗胫骨全段骨折,内固定可靠,疗效满意,值得临床应用推广。Objective ： Investigate the effectiveness of the bridging internal fixation system in the treatment of tib ia frac-ture. Methods： In the 52 cases of t ibial fractures treated in our hospital, the patients were treated with minimally invasive incision and bridging internal fixation system,and then regular follow -up review of X - ray film was performed to observe the function of fracture healing and l imb. Results： Of the 52 patients,50 were satis fied ,th e lower limbwas good. 1 case of wound in fection, the operation of qingchuang fracture was not healed and the operation was performed. Conclusion： The bridging internatreatment of fracture of the tibia fracture is reliable and sat isfactory,and it is worthy of clical application.
