摘　　要：对电子病历系统与多媒体结合用于骨科分层次护理培训,使得培训内容条理清晰、目的明确、重点突出。真正实现了培训信息无缝对接与分层次管理科学化。对不同层次的护理人员在临床思维能力的培养上,能够起到更为明显的效果,更好的实现分层次培训的目标,是一种灵活、高效、全面、生动的培训方式,提高了培训效果。The application of electronic medical record system and multimedia is used in the nursing training in the department of orthopedics, which makes the training content clear, and focused. It has truly realized the scientifc information seamless docking and hierarchical management. At diferent levels of nursing staf in the training of clinical thinking ability can play a more obvious efect, better realize the goal of hierarchical training. It is a fexible, efcient, comprehensive and vivid training method, which improves the training efect.
