摘 要:目的探讨静脉血和末梢血在血常规检验中结果的差异及不同存放时间静脉血标本检测结果的差异。方法本次研究对象选取2017年7—12月行身体健康体检人员147例,由同一名护士分别对其进行静脉血与未梢血血液标本采集,并均采用全自动血液细胞分析仪行即刻血常规检测,并将静脉血液标本常温(20±3)℃,相对湿度(56±3)%的实验室内放置3小时,6小时后行常规检测,结果与即刻检测结果相比较。结果静脉血与未梢血血液标本行即刻实验时,血常规各项(白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板计数、红细胞比容,平均红细胞体积分布宽度)等检测值相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。静脉血血液标本行重复实验,当检测时间与采集标本时间≤3小时,血常规各项检测值与即刻检测指标相比差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。当检测时间与采集标本时间≥6小时,血常规各项检测值与即刻检测指标相比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论给予患者进行血液常规检查时,取静脉血可最大限度保证检验结果准确性;血液标本检测时间与标本采集时间间隔低于3小时,可消除检测结果误差。Objective To investigate the differences of venous blood and peripheral blood in routine blood tests and the difference of venous blood samples in different storage time. Methods 147 cases of healthy physical examination personnel were selected in this study from July to December 2017. The blood samples of venous and non peripheral blood were collected from the same nurse. Automatic blood cell analyzer was used for routine blood routine examination. Venous blood samples were placed in the laboratory for 3 hours and 6 hours later at room temperature (20 ± 3) ℃, relative humidity (56 ± 3)%. The results were compared with the immediate results. Results When blood samples from venous blood and non-tip blood were tested immediately, there were statistically signifcant diferences in the values of blood routines (white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin, platelet count, hematocrit, and mean red blood cell volume distribution width), P 〈 0.05. Blood samples of venous blood were repeatedly tested. When the time of detection and collection of samples was less than or equal to 3 hours, there was no statistically signifcant diference between the blood test values and the immediate test indicators, P 〉 0.05. When the detection time and the time of collecting specimens were more than 6 hours, the diference between the blood routine test values and the immediate test indexes was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion When the patients were given blood routine examinations, taking venous blood can ensure the accuracy of the test results to the maximum; the blood sample detection time and specimen collection time interval is less than 3 hours, which can eliminate the detection error.
