摘 要:目的研究颅内血肿微创引流术治疗脑外伤所致硬脑膜外血肿患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院脑外伤所致硬脑膜外血肿患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。研究组采用颅内血肿微创引流术治疗,对照组采用开颅手术治疗。观察两组术中出血量、手术时长、住院时长及并发症发生情况。结果研究组出血量、手术时长及住院时长少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率[9.3%(4/43)]低于对照组[27.9%(12/43)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颅内血肿微创引流术治疗脑外伤所致硬脑膜外血肿能显著降低术中出血量,缩短手术时长,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the efect of efcacy and safety of minimally invasive drainage of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of patients with extradural hematoma caused by brain trauma. Methods A total of 86 cases of extradural hematoma caused by traumatic brain injury in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, each with 43 cases. The study group was treated with minimally invasive drainage of intracranial hematoma, and the control group was treated with craniotomy. The amount of bleeding, the length of the operation, the length of hospitalization and the occurrence of complications in the two groups were observed. Results The amount of bleeding, the length of operation and the length of hospitalization of the study group were less than those of the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The incidence of complications of the study group [9.3% (4/43)] was lower than that of the control group [27.9% (12/43)], and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive drainage of intracranial hematoma in the treatment of patients with extradural hematoma caused by brain trauma can signifcantly reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, shorten the length of the operation, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the recovery of the patients.
