银质针导热治疗髌下脂肪垫损害的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨银质针导热治疗髌下脂肪垫损害的临床疗效。方法选取本院2016年5—11月诊治的髌下脂肪垫损害患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者42例采用封闭、理疗等治疗,观察组患者42例实施银质针导热治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床疗效(95.2%)高于对照组(78.6%)(P<0.05)。结论银质针导热治疗髌下脂肪垫损害的临床疗效显著,可明显减轻患者疼痛。Objective To investigate the clinical efect of silver needle heat conduction in treatment of subpatellar fat pad damage. Methods 84 patients with subpatellar fat pad damage were selected in hospital from May to November 2016, who were divided into two groups by random number table method. 42 patients were given close and microwave therapy as control group. 42 patients were given silver needle heat conduction as observation group. Clinical efect was compared between two groups. Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical efficacy of the observation group （95.2%） was higher than that of the control group （78.6%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Silver needle heat conduction has signifcant efect in treatment for subpatellar fat pad damage, which can obviously reduce the pain of patients.
