摘　　要：目的探讨治疗性单采血小板去除术治疗脾破裂切除术后血小板增多的效果。方法采用南格尔NQL XEF 3000型血液成分分离机对脾切除术后血小板升高患者进行3次血小板去除治疗,观察治疗前后血小板计数,凝血象,TEG变化,并查阅相关治疗文献,探讨治疗性血液成分单采术在血小板升高患者治疗中的作用。结果在抗凝治疗效果不明显的情况下采用治疗性单采血小板去除术,同时结合抗凝治疗,能够迅速降低外周血血小板数量,快速地使患者的凝血功能得到改善,有效的控制了血栓的形成。结论单采血小板去除术是一种安全有效的治疗技术,见效快,副作用小。Objective To investigate the effect of therapeutic platelet removal in the treatment of thrombocytopenia after splenectomy. Methods Using NQL XEF 3000 type nigale blood separator of thrombocytosis after splenectomy in patients with 3 times of platelet removal treatment, observed before and after treatment, platelet count, blood coagulation, TEG changes, and access to relevant literature on the treatment, to explore the therapeutic hemapheresis in the treatment of patients with elevated platelet function in the. Results The anticoagulation efect is not obvious under the condition of the treatment of platelet removal surgery, combined with anticoagulant therapy can rapidly reduce the number of platelets in peripheral blood, quickly make the blood coagulation function improved, efective control of the thrombus formation. Conclusion single extraction of platelets is a safe and efective treatment technique with quick efect and small side efect.
