不同针翅形状换热管的数值模拟

摘  要:以水和柴油为换热对象,对三种不同针翅形状的换热管压降Δp、总换热系数K、综合换热性能ho/Δp进行数值模拟,得出滴形针翅换热管的传热和阻力性能均较圆柱形针翅管的好,椭圆形针翅管的传热性能不及滴形和圆柱形针翅管,但阻力是三者中最小的结果.Taking water and diesel oil as the heat-transfer medium,numerical simulations were conducted for the pressure drop △p,the total heat transfer coefficient K and the composite heat transfer performance h_o/△p of heat exchangers with three different shapes of pin fins.The results show that heat transfer and pressure drop performance of the drop-shaped pin fins are better than that of the circular pin fins and the elliptical pin fins. Heat transfer performance of the elliptical pin fins is inferior to the dropshaped and cylindrical pin fins, but the resistance of the elliptical pin fins is the best among the three shapes of pin fins.
