摘 要:介绍了无磷脱色工艺的机理,并阐述了无磷脱色工艺。对比了传统脱色与无磷脱色前后羊绒纤维的平均长度、短绒率、日晒稳定性和CIE白度,分析了传统脱色绒与无磷脱色绒染色后的耐日晒色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐水浸色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度。结果表明,无磷脱色的脱色绒白度与常规脱色绒的白度基本一致,CIE白度值为60~65,浅色染料染色的各项色牢度指标均达到国家标准,解决了常规脱色废水排放磷严重超标的环保难题。The mechanism of phosphorus-free decolorization was introduced. The process of phosphorus removal was prepared. The average length, short fleece rate, sun stability and CIE whiteness of cashmere fiber were com-pared with the traditional decoloration and non -phosphor decoloration. The sun fastness, friction fastness, water leaching fastness and perspiration fastness were analyzed. Results show that without phosphorus decoloring decoloringflocking whiteness and conventional decoloring achieve whiteness, CIE whiteness values are between 60 to 6 5, of light color dyeing fastness indicators meet the national standards, has solved the conventional bleaching wastewater phosphorus exceeds bid badly environmental problems.
