纯棉针织物防针洞整理工艺探讨

摘　　要：采用平滑剂DM-3260对纯棉针织物进行整理,并从平滑剂DM-3260用量、加工温度、整理时间3方面进行试验,探讨平滑剂DM-3260对纯棉针织物整理的最佳工艺;并分析了其服用性能和稳定性。结果表明,平滑剂DM-3260对织物防针洞效果提升显著,推荐最佳整理工艺为:用量2.0%,温度50℃,时间20min;整理后织物的手感柔软性优异,对棉织物的亲水性和白度影响小。Dymalube DM-3260 was used for the finishing process of cotton knitted fabric. The experiment was carried out from 3 aspects of DM-3260 dosage, temperature and treated time to confirm the best recipe of the pro-cess and analyze the performance and stability. The results showed that the anti -needle -hole property of fabric treated by Dymalube DM-3260 were the best. The recommend finishing recipe DM-3260 2.0%（owf）, 50 Rx20 min. Give excellent softness handle to the treated fabric and negligible influence on fabric hydrophilicity and whiteness.
