摘 要:介绍聚偏氟乙烯的特性及成膜肌理,分别测试以DMF为溶剂,PVDF含量为17%时,加入不同含量Zn-X分子筛得到(PVDF)共混膜的接触角。研究表明,聚偏氟乙烯是一种有着极好机械强度、化学稳定性和成膜性的聚合物,是制备超滤或微滤膜的优良原料。采用Zn-X型分子筛以物理共混的方法对PVDF膜进行改性,可以提高聚合物膜表面的亲水性,从而提高膜通量,降低膜污染,延长膜的使用寿命。The characteristics of polyvinylidene fluoride and the filming texture were introduced. The contact an-gles of the blend membranes obtained with different contents of Zn-X molecular sieves were measured when DMF was used as the solvent and the PVDF content was 17%. Studies have shown that polyvinylidene fluoride is a polymer with excellent mechanical strength, chemical stability, and film forming properties and is an excellent raw material for the preparation of ultrafiltration or microfiltration membranes. The use of Zn -X molecular sieves to modify PVDF membranes by physical blending can increase the hydrophilicity of the polymer membrane surface,thereby increasing membrane flux, reducing membrane fouling, and prolonging membrane lifetime.
