自制Y型管在腹腔镜手术废气排放中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制Y型管在腹腔镜手术废气排放中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月~2017年6月我院收治的118例行腹腔镜术患者,采用抽签法将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各59例。对照组患者用传统气腹管,观察组患者用自制Y型管,比较两组患者手术气腹管处理时间、气腹管平均使用成本、平均止血时间、使用有效率和医护人员使用满意度。结果观察组患者手术气腹管处理时间和平均止血时间均短于对照组,气腹管平均使用成本低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组使用有效率为94.92%,高于对照组(81.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护人员使用满意率为96.61%,高于对照组(84.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术使用自制Y型管不会对手术顺利展开产生影响,具备缩短排气时间、减少空气污染、降低运行成本等优势,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of homemade Y-tube on exhaust emission in the laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 118 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery from September 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots method,59 cases in each group.In the control group,traditional pneumoperitoneum tube was used,and in the observation group,homemade Y-tube was adopted.The intraoperative handling time of pneumoperitoneum tube,the average application cost,the average hemostasis time,the effectiveness rate of application and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the handling time of pneumoperitoneum tube and average hemostasis time were all shorter than those in the control group,average application cost was lowser than that in the control group,with statistical differences（P〈0.05）.The effectiveness rate of application in the observation group was 94.92%,higher than that in the control group accounting for 81.36%,with a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of medical staff on tube application in the observation group was 96.61%,higher than that in the control group accounting for84.75%,which difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of homemade Y-tube in laparoscopic surgery does not affect the smooth operation,and has the advantages of shortening the exhaust time,reducing air pollution and decreasing the operating cost,which is worthy of promotion.
