摘  要:以上海市蹦床队11名一线运动员为研究对象,通过视频与足底压力同步测试的研究方法,对蹦床运动员的预跳和5个蹦床项目最基本的技术动作进行测试,获取蹦床运动员在完成测试动作过程中的足底压力数据,通过统计学方法对数据进行整理与分析,并结合蹦床运动特点来分析和讨论蹦床运动员在完成不同类型基本技术动作过程中足底压力的分布的特点及触网起跳过程足底压力分布的一般规律。研究结果显示蹦床运动员在完成不同类型的技术动作触网阶段技术动作相同。在触网过程中受试者足底压力表现为足第五趾骨区和足跟区压强峰值最高。蹦床运动员压力中心在水平方向表现在压网阶段压力中心相对稳定,起网阶段偏移明显,影响起网阶段压力中心偏移的主要原因是蹬伸时刻双足用力不均衡。In this essay 11 Shanghai5s professional trampoline athletes5 prejump and 5 basic skill movement were analyzed by video and plantar pressure method and plantar pressure data was acquired. According to trampoline program characteristics, data was analyzed in statistics method and rules of trampoline during the process of touching net were explored. Research result showed that there were no significant difference between different movement.During touching net process, peak value of intensity pressure of the 5th toe phalanges and the heel were the maximum. The distance of center pressure in X-axis during the pressing net phase was stable while during the push-off phase the distance was remarkable for the reason that two legs exerted imbalance force.
