摘　　要：关注旧设备安全运行状况,加强对老、旧设备的维修力度,一直是安全生产中的重要议题。文章根据南京ALENIA单脉冲二次雷达出现的故障现象,简要叙述针对性能下降的对数中放组件,如何搭建测试平台,并通过测试得出实验数据,查找电路中有故障的三极管,最后进行维修,提高了该组件的动态性能,进一步影响了二次雷达系统的整体性能,为航管二次雷达系统相关维修提供可借鉴经验。Paying attention to the safe operation of the old equipment and strengthening the maintenance of the old and old e-quipment has always been an important topic in the safety production. According to the fault phenomenon of Nanjing ALENIA monopulse secondary radar, this paper briefly describes how to set up the test platform for the logarithmic amplifier module of the performance degradation, and get the experimental data through the test to find out the transistor with fault in the circuit. Finally, the dynamic performance of the module is improved, and the overall performance of the secondary radar system is further affected, which can be used for reference for the related maintenance of the secondary radar system of ATC （Air Traffic Control）.
