保留哺乳功能的重度乳头内陷整复术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨染色指引法联合双重荷包缝合纠正重度乳头内陷的临床效果。方法临床随机纳入重度乳头内陷的孕前育龄患者15例为观察组,孕前进行手术,并佩戴矫正器4周;对照组纳入重度乳头内陷但无手术意愿的孕前育龄患者15例,不予手术处理;观察术后乳头直径、乳头高度、哺乳率、哺乳时间、乳腺炎发生率的发生情况。结果观察组术后乳头直径、乳头高度、哺乳率、哺乳时间、乳腺炎发生率均优于对照组。结论该方法手术效果良好,术后改善哺乳功能,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the staining guideline merging double purse ring suture method for correcting severe inverted nipple,While maintaining the normal function of lactating. Methods The patients with severe nipple inversion（15 cases for each group） were random assigned to intervention group and control group. In intervention groups,patients underwent an operation when the inverted nipples were fixed with retractors and stay for four weeks. The control groups did not undergo any surgery. the treatment effect,the nipple diameter,height change,lactation rate,length of lactation and adverse reactions were compared. Results Compared to their counterpart in control group,nipples diameter and height of patients under intervention significantly improved（P =0.000）,rate of intact feeding and length of lactation were obviously higher（P =0.030,P =0.000）,and the incidences of nipple mastitis decreased remarkably（P=0.047）. Conclusion This is an ideal operation with nice effect and no trauma to correct inversed nipple and maintaining the normal function of lactating.
