摘 要:通过对采用弹簧剥叶元件的甘蔗剥叶机剥叶滚筒之间垂直距离调整的仿真分析,结果表明垂直距离越大,接触点的切向力越小,对剥叶越不利。由试验后的回归分析模型可知,垂直距离越大,甘蔗剥叶含杂率越高。仿真分析和试验分析的结论是一致的,为该型剥叶机的改进提供一些借鉴意义。In this research,simulation analysis on the vertical distance adjustment between peeling rollers of the sugarcane husking machine equipped with spring husking components is conducted. It is demonstrated that an increase in the vertical distance between rollers always leads to a weakening of the tangential force on the contact point,which would affect the husking function of the device. The regression analysis model based on sugarcane-husking experimentations reveals that when the vertical distance between the rollers increases,the impurity rate of husking will also see a rise. The conclusions drawn from the simulation analysis and the experimental one are in line with each other,thus offering helpful guidance to improve the similar type of machine.
