摘 要:功率分出轴是航空发动机的重要部件,作为飞机和发动机之间的动力连接件,无法备份,其可靠性要求极高。根据飞行中实测分出轴的轴向变形情况,结合工况分析和设计要求,利用有限元软件ANSYS对采用膜盘联轴器设计的功率分出轴进行强度分析和疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,功率分出轴的静强度足够;整个结构中膜盘的疲劳寿命较短,膜盘外侧易发生沿圆周方向的疲劳破坏。The power take-off shaft is an important part of an aero engine and cannot be backed up as a power connection between the aircraft and the engine. Its reliability is extremely demanding. According to the axial deformation of the shaft measured in flight,and combining with the analysis of the working conditions and design requirements,the strength analysis and fatigue life analysis on the power take-off shaft designed by the diaphragm coupling are carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS. The results show that the static strength of the power take-off shaft is sufficient. The fatigue life of the membrane disk in the whole structure is short. The fatigue damage in the circumferential direction tends to occur on the outer side of the membrane disk.
