摘  要:分析研究了缩放管内脉动流的传热性能,利用Fluent数值模拟脉动振幅、脉动频率和扩缩比对缩放管传热和沿程阻力的影响。研究结果表明:缩放管内脉动流的传热性能要优于缩放管内流体稳态流动,与缩放管内流体流动为稳态时传热强化了11.4%左右;缩放管内脉动流强化传热同时也增大了沿程阻力;对综合评价指标数的分析得到脉动流条件下缩放管的传热性能显著增强。The heat transfer performance of the pulsating flow in the convergent-divergent tube is analyzed. The influence of the pulsation amplitude,the pulsation frequency and divergent segment-convergent segment ratio on heat transfer and drag characteristic of the tube was simulated by Fluent numerical simulation.The results show that the heat transfer performance of the pulsating flow in the convergent-divergent tube is better than the steady flow of the fluid in the tube,and the heat transfer is enhanced by about 11.4% when the fluid flow in the convergent-divergent tube was steady. The pulsating flow in the tube strengthens the heat transfer of the tube,but also increases the resistance along the way. Through the analysis of the index of comprehensive evaluation,the heat transfer performance of the tube under pulsating flow conditions is significantly enhanced.
