摘　　要：为了提高人们对硬币分类整理的效率,采用Pro/E三维软件设计了一种筛板型硬币分类整理机;利用各种硬币直径不同的特点,设计了四层筛板装置并用电机驱动,从而分离硬币;通过光电传感器对不同直径的硬币计数,最后由终端显示屏传输总金额;筛板型硬币分类整理机的设计,符合工业自动化的发展,实用性高,有良好的应用前景。In order to improve people＇s efficiency in sorting coins,a kind of sieve-type coin sorting machine was designed by using the Pro/E 3 D software in this paper. With the features of different diameters of coins,a four-layer sieve plate device was designed,which was driven by a motor to separate the coins; then the coins of different diameters were counted by the photoelectric sensor,and finally the total amount of money were displayed on the terminal screen. The design for sieve type coin sorting machine is in line with the development of industrial automation; it is practical and has good prospects for application.
