摘 要:为了使汽车转向节臂工件加工的安装方式由手动操作改变为夹具机动操作,设计一种专用铣床夹具,减少工件装夹、找正的时间。并改进普通铣床的手动操作为液压驱动,一键完成机动装夹、自动找正,自动运行加工工件。通过液压铣床专用夹具的设计,大大降低工人的劳动强度,提高转向节臂键槽工件加工的效率。In order to change the assembly process of the steering knuckle workpiece from manual operation to fixture maneuvering operation,a special milling fixture is designed to reduce the time for clamping and finding the workpiece. The manual operation to ordinary milling machine is changed into hydraulic drive so as to complete mechanical clamping,automatic searching and automatic operation of the workpiece with only one button. Through the design of hydraulic milling machine fixture,the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced,and the processing efficiency of the knuckle arm keyway workpiece is improved.
