摘 要:我国组合式制动梁故障占货车总故障的60%以上,开发新型制动梁很有必要,传统的设计周期较长,设计效率较低,故进行参数化设计。首先根据轴重、制动初速度和制动距离确定制动载荷,再次通过原有组合式制动梁的结构,出现的问题进行新型制动梁的设计,利用VB创建参数化界面,对Solidworks进行二次开发,最后实现了新型制动梁的参数化建模。Failure of the composite brake beam in our country accounts for more than 60% of the total fault of the truck. It is necessary to develop a new type of brake beam. The traditional design cycle is longer and the design efficiency is lower. Therefore,parametric design is adopted in this paper. Firstly,the braking load is determined according to the axle load,initial braking speed and the braking distance; then,design for a new type of brake beam is presented on the basis of structure and faults of the existing composite brake beam; finally,the parametric modeling of the new brake beam is realized through the secondary development to the Solidworks by using the VB to create the parametric interface.
