摘  要:隧道掘进机盘形滚刀刀圈在使用过程中,表面发生早期开裂、剥落、磨损和坍塌,对此进行理化检测和分析。检测结果表明,滚刀刀圈的开裂和剥落的原因是材料组织中存在粗大网状碳化物,使材料组织脆性加大。滚刀刀圈的磨损及坍塌是由于沿晶析出的粗大网状碳化物使基体组织中的碳及合金元素含量降低,具有耐磨作用的颗粒状碳化物显著减少,材料的耐磨性及强韧性不足。材料基体组织中存在粗针状回火马氏体,进一步降低了材料的强韧性,导致刀圈的性能未能适应复杂的地质工况,造成刀圈磨损和开裂的早期失效。Physico-chemical detection and analysis were carried out for the early cracking,peeling,wear and collapse occurred on the surface of the LD steel disc cutter ring during the using process of the tunnel boring machine. The results show that the causes of cracking and peeling of the disc cutter ring are the existence of coarse mesh carbides in the material structure,which increases the brittleness of the material. Its wear and collapse are due to the precipitation along the coarse network of carbide which would decrease the carbon and alloying elements of the matrix struture,and the wear-resistant granular carbide would significantly reduce,thus the materal would be lack of resistance and toughness. In addition,the coarse needlelike tempered martensite in matrix structure of the material would further reduce the strength and toughness of the material,so that the performance of cutter ring could not adapt to the complicated geological conditions,which would lead to the early failure of the wear and cracking of the cutter ring.
