摘  要:可靠性是衡量产品质量的一个关键指标。本文运用FTA方法对冷镦机的滑台有裂纹或断裂这一故障模式进行分析,得出其失效的主要原因,然后对主要原因之一的冲击断裂进行分析,通过建立刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,验证滑台是否满足冲击强度要求。分析结果表明滑台最大应力点的应力值小于材料需用应力值,滑台具有抗冲击断裂可靠性。Reliability is a key indicator of product quality. In this paper,the failure modes of cracks or breaks in the slider of the cold heading machine are analyzed using the FTA method,and the main reason for its failure is obtained. Then one of the main causes that is the impact fracture is analyzed,and a rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation is established. The model verifies whether the slider meets the impact strength requirements. The analysis results show that the stress value of the maximum stress point of the slider is smaller than the stress value of the material,and the slider has the reliability of impact fracture resistance.
