摘 要:为了了解聚脲涂层复合结构防护性能的研究现状,分别从抗弹、抗爆两方面对国内外聚脲涂层复合结构抗冲击性能的研究进行归纳总结:1)聚脲喷涂的底材多以钢或铝等均质材料为主;2)聚脲的应变率效应明显,其本构和失效模型较复杂,现有仿真难以完全描述其动力学行为;3)目前研究尚不构成体系,对喷涂聚脲复合结构的防护效应研究相关规律尚没有揭示,难以形成指导性的设计原则以及优化设计方法。In order to understand the research status of protective performance of polyurea coating composite structures,the research on the impact resistance properties of polyurea coating composite structures at home and abroad was summarized from the aspects of ballistic resistance and anti-explosion respectively. It was found that: 1) the bottom of polyurea spraying most of the materials are mainly homogeneous materials such as steel or aluminum; 2) Polyurea has a significant strain rate effect,its constitutive and failure models are more complex,and it is difficult to fully describe the dynamic behavior of the current simulation; 3) The current research does not constitute system,and the research on the protective effect of spray polyurea composite structure protection law has not been revealed,and it is difficult to form guiding design principles and optimization design methods.
