谈国外铁路可行性研究设计文件的编制

摘　　要：可行性研究文件的编制在国外铁路建设中是非常关键的。通过对国外铁路工程建设程序分析,提出工程项目可行性研究目的,从文件编制内容、文件编制格式等方面分析入手,得出国外铁路可行性研究文件的编制特点;针对国外铁路建设背景、文件所服务对象以及各国国情的不同,参考德国铁路规范"DB Verteiler Ril 809"对文件编制要求以及国外公司编制的可行性研究文件,综合归纳总结出具有通用性的文件编制目录建议。The feasibility study is very significant in world railway engineering.This paper analyzes the processes of world railway engineering,puts forward the purpose of the feasibility study and defines the characteristics of the feasibility study based on the analysis of the contents and formats of document preparation.In view of differences in world railway engineering,document target and the local conditions of individual countries and with reference to the German standard ＂DB Verteiler Ril 809 ＂ and the feasibility study documented by foreign companies,this paper concludes with the commonly accepted documentation catalog.
